1 Definitions and Interpretations

4 Account Security and Responsibility

7 Welcome Bonus Policy

899bdt offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

• Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳1,500 → total balance ৳2,500.
• Example 2: ৳14,000 deposit → bonus ৳10,000 (up to the limit) → total balance ৳24,000.

Additional bonus terms:

• Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus is generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Bonus balance and real money balance are tracked separately.
• Bonuses may be cancelled in cases of promo code or bonus abuse.

8 VIP Cashback Program

The 899bdt VIP program has 5 tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

VIP tier upgrades are earned through regular and active play. Details on tier changes are available in the relevant section. Cashback is credited every Monday according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST).

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Attempting to obtain bonus or promotional benefits fraudulently ("bonus abuse").
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing or defrauding other users.
• Creating an account with false information or concealing identity.
• Using automated software (bots) to place bets.

10 Account Suspension and Termination Policy

899bdt may temporarily suspend any account for investigation purposes. If a policy violation is confirmed through investigation, the account may be permanently closed.

The return of legitimately earned balances (excluding bonuses) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a user wishes to close their own account, please send a request to [email protected].
